Mess Patch 8.1.0168 - Generation 5

NEW in Mess Patch 8.1.0168 Generation 5:
- Added: Sign-Out button in the conversation's top toolbar (as requested by BrendanL).
- Mess.be custom games permanently removed.
- Bug fixes:
* CustoMess button won't appear if CustoMess is installed (reported by salus).
* The search bar on the contact list gets removed properly (reported by Mad_Griffith).
* The "Get accessories" link now gets removed properly (reported by Mad_Griffith).
